Game day update: Breece Hall is expected to play, per Ian Rapoport and Adam Schefter.
The New York Jets listed running back Breece Hall on their official injury report for Week 13, but it doesn’t sound like it should be too much of a concern. Hall is expected to be available when the Jets kick off against the Seattle Seahawks at 1 p.m. ET.
Breece Hall injury update
Hall sat out Wednesday’s practice coming out of the team’s bye week. However, he was upgraded to limited on Thursday and full participation on Friday. Hall spoked to the media on Friday after practice and said he had tweaked his knee in the team’s Week 11 matchup against the Colts, per Rich Cimini. He said he was not feeling any soreness after two days of practice and is good to go for Sunday.
Fantasy football impact
The team will announce inactives at 11:30 a.m. ET. The only way he would be inactive is if he had a last minute setback during pre-game warmups. That seems unlikely, so you should be good to include him in your fantasy football lineups.
Hall has struggled to get going in a season that has been miserable for the Jets offense. He has a single 100-yard rushing performance, but is coming off 121 total yards and two touchdowns in the team’s loss to the Colts. His work in the passing game raises his floor considerably in PPR leagues and to a decent extent in standard leagues.
This could be a favorable matchup with Seattle’s defensive front ranking 27th in adjusted line yards. The Seahawks do rank seventh against running backs in the passing game, so that could limit it to a certain degree. Regardless, Hall is an RB1 and a guy you always start when he’s active.
